WHAT IS THE PEOPLE STRATEGY

Organizations are made up of people and cannot grow and succeed if the people who make them up are not put in the conditions to express their potential to the fullest and, above all, are not happy.


For this reason, a company may have a perfect Business Strategy and invest all its resources to implement it, yet still fail to achieve the goals it has set itself: for this to happen, it needs a People Strategy aligned with business objectives, that is, a strategy that systematizes all the organization’s initiatives for people and with people, starting with onboarding and corporate training, and continuing through coaching and celebration moments, as well as wellbeing and even the physical spaces made available: in short, the People Strategy includes everything that, in some way, concerns the people who make up an organization. A People Strategy is made up of a series of projects to be framed within a timeline. To put the strategy into action, an Action Plan is then needed, in which the ownership and timing of each individual task must be clearly stated.


Finally, it is necessary to identify a series of metrics and KPIs that make it possible to navigate the implementation phase of the strategy and measure both overall effectiveness and the impact of individual actions taken.

THE ACTION PLAN
