The Role of HR in Designing the Learning Strategy

Whether HR is more or less directly involved in corporate training (it should be in every company, but we know that is not always the case), its role is in any case crucial in designing the Learning Strategy. Because HR knows people, their needs (training-related and otherwise), their skills, and their ambitions. And not only that: HR knows the company structure, the makeup of the various teams, their strengths, and their critical issues. And thanks to direct contact with management, it has the ability to synthesize all these insights with business needs. In short, HR’s involvement is essential to building the Learning Strategy.
