discovery
We analyze the context, the Observatory’s data, and the needs of people and businesses to map the current state. This is the listening and research phase needed to raise awareness, delve into explicit requests, and identify the real needs, strategic levers, and priorities.

co-design
We work hand in hand with HR and Top Management to turn the insights gathered during the Discovery phase into concrete, tailor-made solutions. We use a participatory approach, shaping the solutions through workshops and proprietary canvases to ensure alignment with company culture and business goals.
