The Company Culture Canvas is a framework that will help you understand how the principles Trust, Transparency and Beta-mode (FOUNDATIONS) are interpreted in your company, which elements characterize the relationships between people (ELEMENTS), how the organization develops and is experienced (FEATURES), and why the company exists and what its deepest purpose is (HEART).

The impact

The HR role is central: it must guide management in defining the Company Culture and engage with people, both to gather useful insights for the design process and to align them with the Company Culture once it has been defined. To do this, HR must explore the company’s values and purpose, as well as the relationships between people and processes, and then translate everything strategically into a Company Culture. Create an action plan of the actions you can implement immediately based on the answers to the 12 building blocks.

4.

Present the results from the workshop to leadership so that the action plan is understood, internalized, and put into action.
