BUSINESS NEEDS
The project was born out of the Sella Group's need to train its people and place them at the center of this decade's transformation. For CEO Pietro Sella, technology is the enabler, but people are the real engine of growth.
From this vision came Lynfa_Learning Forward, the Open Learning Community developed with RADICAL HR, with the aim of enabling the transfer of knowledge, skills, strategies and vision. And of creating a dedicated and structured learning environment

DESIGN
Through the Corporate University, we provide upskilling and reskilling, enabling the transformation that people and organizations need, convinced that people’s growth and well-being are essential and necessary for business growth.
Change management
We bring together the know-how, best practices and skills already within the Sella Group, working with internal professionals and external experts to design, build and coordinate training and upskilling pathways.
HR Tech Implementation
We work on the project in augmented team mode, bringing complementary expertise into what becomes in every respect a single working team made up of professionals from the group and specialists from the RADICAL HR team
Learning Design
We monitor the results achieved and emerging training needs to ensure that the Lynfa training ecosystem has a positive impact on the Sella Group's business.
Data Analysis
Lynfa is also about networking and building relationships, which is why we promote events where people and professionals can meet and create business opportunities.

In the first 6 months of 2023
Together with people and the members of the Augment team, we design personalized paths based on the group’s growth needs. We measure the practical application of the skills acquired. We involve the most suitable professionals to share their skills and provide support in turning knowledge into training content.
