The Revenue Agency has taken on an ambitious challenge: integrating 150 new HR officers selected through a public call, into a group characterized by extreme heterogeneity, with backgrounds ranging from the humanities to the legal-economic field.
The strategic goal is not only to train the newcomers in the profession, but also to immerse them in the context and organizational culture, help them discover the complexity of the HR profession in the public sector, and let them experiment with new solutions in real situations with organizational impact.

DESIGN
We designed an intensive residential workshop intervention to transform the group into a true HR Community.

An interdisciplinary team of Radical HR experts and facilitators supported the internal experts of the Revenue Agency to ensure a perfect mix of innovative vision and knowledge of administrative processes.
