BUSINESS NEEDS
The project was born from Amadori’s need to boost people’s growth by building a learning strategy aligned with their ambitions, business needs, and the organization’s values and culture. The goal is to create a single direction for all training initiatives, building a strong, recognizable, and appealing identity that gives learning, development, and growth a central role in life at Amadori. From this vision comes AmaLearn, Amadori’s Corporate University developed with RADICAL HR, with the aim of enabling the transfer of knowledge, skills, strategies, and vision. And of creating a dedicated, structured learning environment.

DESIGN
AmaLearn provides upskilling and reskilling, but above all, it develops and spreads Amadori culture, enabling genuine, consistent growth for people and the organization.
Platform
AmaLearn training revolves around the Skillsincloud LMS platform, the central hub through which all initiatives pass - from on-demand courses to live events, including in-person ones - and serves as a reference point for learning at Amadori.
Augmented Team
We work on the project in an augmented team model, bringing complementary skills into what effectively becomes a single working team made up of professionals from the group and specialists from the RADICAL HR team
Business Impact
We monitor the results achieved and emerging training needs to ensure that the AmaLearn training ecosystem has a positive impact on Amadori’s business.
Engagement
We have developed a communication strategy and a tone of voice specific to AmaLearn, and we support participation in training initiatives and the spread of a shared culture through a multichannel editorial plan.
CORPORATE UNIVERSITY
In the first year (2025)
Together with people and members of the Augment Team, we design customized pathways based on the group’s growth needs. We measure the practical application of the skills acquired. We involve the professionals best suited to share their skills and provide support in transforming knowledge into training content.
